Browse Forums Building A New House Re: Who's building in Capestone, Mango Hill ? 14Apr 15, 2016 10:30 am bmitchel... I am actually in Stage 10. There were few hiccups for Settlement. The land estate was quite reluctant to change the dates for settlement even due to their inability to allow for "Soil Test". But everything is worked out now. Also picked up Simonds to build. They are new in this area. Hopefully would have enough ammunition to stand by in area dominated by Clarendon, Plantation and Metricon. A lot of Metricon however. They go up really fast too. Stage 10 looks good. When are they starting the lake already. Re: Who's building in Capestone, Mango Hill ? 16Apr 15, 2016 2:18 pm Ya its going big. Stage 10 has lots of BIG size blocks. Mine is a corner 570 sqm block I would be really looking forward for train station to start as soon as possible. Have you been handed over the house already ? Should be in last week of May, or I'm in trouble as my current house settles on May 30th, so have to be out before then. We wanted a bigger block, but based on our timeline, we couldn't really wait for a stage that was going to give that to us. Certainly couldn't wait for Stage 10. We ended up with a 503m2 block in Stage 7, but I'm pretty happy with that. It is going to be closer to the train station and reasonably close to the "future lake" as well.
