Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Apr 10, 2016 5:42 pm Hi All, I'm building a house and have just found out the tiler has used the wrong grout! I paid extra to have Ardex Mudberry (285) and the colour I got is black. It looks terrible against my limestone look tiles. I've sent an email to the builder and will be contacting the site supervisor tomorrow. Has anyone else had this problem and what did they do to rectify it (or if you're a tiler what would you suggest)? I've been reading other forums where people have suggested they will either chip away the current grout (which may damage the tiles) or use a grout colourant (which I'm sure will wear faster over time). I really don't want to "settle" for these two options ... am I well within my rights to ask them to replace everything and start all over again?
