You have to pay an installation cost anyway with them so may as well get them to put the points in for free. Didn't cost us anything through foxtel. Do you have colourbond roof? I just do nto want to end up with conduit running down my external wall... smallz2007 Woohoo happy kitchen installation day to us!! Oh, so exciting... you must be bursting to get in. On the 12 week count down now! Gosh - don't mean to wish my life away but bring on the next 12 weeks!! I do have some pictures if anyone can explain how to post them... I am not too sure how to do it. Everything else really depends on where your priorities are, I think most here usually change the timber posts to brick piers on the terrazza, add stone benchtops to bathrooms/kitchen, and extra tiling height in the bathrooms. we decided to go with mostly standard but added white subway tiles & a small hexagon tile as a feature, which means I'll pay an extra cost straight to the tiler. No idea about the driveway question, but your price for a house that size including landscaping seems very good! 1 22277 No, not yet. It’s currently being assessed by our building surveyor 4 19523 With that sort of soil type if you ask for a design to include piers then I would also include void formers. That way you should reduce the chances of settlement and heave. 7 20003 |
