In my opinion, teenagers mean the pool needs to be bigger rather than smaller. You should take your plan to some local pool companies for their opinion. They will tell you what will work the best for your site. Good luck, a pool can be so much fun and great for summer entertaining. Teenagers, unlike young children, need a bigger pool. Children wants a splash and thats it. So I would go at least 6-8 metre length and if you can stretch the budget then go for 8m Width, I would go for 3 metres. This will give you a nice space on both sides to put a sun bed and for the children to run around. I would also put it infront of the alfresco as close to Lot 56. So when you are chilling in the alfresco you will also be next to the pool and also view the pool from the living. The other point is if you add a sliding door in your master you can access the pool directly without having to go through the house. So 8x3 as close to lot 56 as possible.
