It looks like you're building around the corner from where we are building. First Complete Home Balidivis Thanks Cheryl! Oh wow, that's cool - I keep wondering if I'll find other builds who are building in our exact street because the entire street is a construction zone! Is your build complete? They've just started the brickwork last Friday. It's going up but there's been no one there by 3 the past two days (I drive past when I pick my daughter up from Kindy). We almost bought on the street you are on but missed the lot that we wanted so ended up with a different one in Highbury Park. That end is a giant dust bowl! First Complete Home Balidivis Hi Cheryl, Oh wonderful that you're up to your brickwork! Imagine how much quicker it would go up if they worked until 5pm each day?! Do you have a blog thread of your build? Yes it is one big construction zone on our street - I feel for the one or two homeowners who are now living in their homes.... must be awfully dusty and noisy! I can't believe how much rubbish is along the street - no-one seems to throw rubbish away as they go it seems - it just gets left to fly around the street until the skips are removed. But everyday feels like ages, I'm just really excited haha I haven't started a blog thread yet but I will as soon as site works start Hi Hailey, Well once you get though scheduling your slab will be poured in no time! I know how impatient one gets when you just want to see some progress. It is super exciting! Our next stage is brickwork but we have to send off our progress payment authorisation (I presume) before this stage commences. So its a visit to the post office today!
