Your house is going up so quickly you must be pleased with the progress so far, you'll be moving in before you know it. My house (also with Dale Alcock in Millbridge) should be in construction phase this week and I really hope it moves along as fast as yours. The raked ceiling is going to look fantastic, it will make the living space feel so big and open. I love seeing all the photos of the house progress, please keep them coming Hope you continue to enjoy the construction of the home. Thanks mike you must be excited for your house to start! Look forward to following your thread when you start one jelbell55 Wow! Thanks W2T we are loving it even with out the ceiling on, we were down yesterday enjoying the nice breeze going through End of week 2 on the roof and all roof trusses are now finished and the gutters and down pipes have been delivered. I think our colorbond will be delivered either tomorrow or tuesday. (hopefully tomorrow!) We received a progress email saying our plumbers and electrictions come this week to chase the internal walls and then the plasterer's sand will start arriving with the plaster starting shortly after that. picture of completed roof trusses Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Re: Dale Alcock Stoneleigh build Millbridge- awaiting colorb 75Mar 14, 2016 11:13 am It looks fantastic. I have in my home and it makes a big difference minimising sound transfer. Insulation is pretty cheap and definitely worth it 2 6810 Engineering timber is certainly a less fuss option, times cheaper to supply and install and better withstands humidity. 1 16767 |
