The wind blows mostly from one side. With it come the rain and the water flows along where the Hebel block will be until it reaches a grated pipe leading to larger stormwater pipes. when ever it rains the blocks will be subject to wet conditions as the water runs along the base. So I need a good waterproofing method. As for the wall itself...it is only 1.6 meters long... and is not a supporting wall.
