Congratulations to everyone who keenly awaited the drama from Landcom and the subsequent delays. I am being 1k per month for 3 months as my builder EBH says they need a month to prepare at least ... and Liverpool City Council is also not very cooperative ... if you call them and ask if your block is registered they will most likely say no when they approved it at least 5 weeks ago ...
Nevertheless being penalised for something that is beyond your control can hurt ... i hope you guys didnt have to pay extra ?

Also the streets in the land release between Zouch and Derna Street are mostly open.
