As per the previous price model (till 1st Feb), the base price Boutique quotes was based on the titling date. If the titling date is 6 months from now, the price you see will be roughly 1.5% (6*0.25) more than the price quoted for someone building on an already titled land. They will hold this price for 6 months from the agreed date.
From what i read earlier, the penalty for each month after the 6 months duration is roughly 0.5% of your base price.
If you change the titling date, I reckon the base price will go up accordingly.
Check with your sales consultant. It might work out cheaper if you go with the new pricing model as the varying base pricing is taken out in the model, I believe. (yet to be confirmed as I haven't signed yet)
