Re: Build with Redink @ SoR 44Feb 17, 2016 1:21 pm Can any one tell me how to stop H1 from emailing me about new posts on my subscribed thread? My inbox is stuffed up with H1 emails! I can't find any settings that I can make change to that can stop this madness! Pleeeeease heeeeeelp! Then you only get emailed when someone comments on a thread that you're subscribed to but havent commented in Re: Build with Redink @ SoR 46Feb 17, 2016 2:53 pm Oh thanks cc! Will have a go to see if things get any better. Otherwise i will just have to set a email rule to bin all the H1 mails on arrival. I have had all h1 emails go straight to trash now so it's ok now. Thank you mzjska Our Redink build: https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=81681 Build with Redink @ SoR 49Feb 21, 2016 12:38 am Wonder if anyone has also been affected by this? We got an email on Friday from RI saying that Essastone is discontinuing all their current stone colours. The French Nougat we chose for bathroom and ensuite is ok because the cabinet maker still has enough stock, but not the New Chinchilla for Kitchen. So we had to choose a colour from the new range. So we went to Laminex this morning and we are so lucky to have found a colour called Bisque Cloud, kind of a cream-ish colour with subtle, light milky-ish fleck. When put next to the Snow Drift Gloss (what we picked for cabinet), it gives a crisp but not overly strong contrast. Works really nice! It's just strange that the way Essastone replaces their entire range like this! Apparently only some of the new colours will come out in March with no actual date confirmed (incl Bisque Cloud), some in April and some in May. Even the large sample slabs won't be in Laminex showroom for another 3 weeks or so. We actually like the Bisque Cloud more than New Chinchilla but just hope it won't delay our build for too long. Fingers crossed. Below is the photo of Bisque Cloud that RI emailed us, not really showing the true colour but not far off. But the guy who answered the phone told us that they had only received an email from Laminex the other day informing the colour change over, and thats all they know! They haven't got samples or whatsoever, not even images! If anyone also have been and looked at the new colours, would like to know what you think about the new colours, or if you like or have decided on any one? Window glazing done, ceiling done, cornice done, all doors done, all shelves done. Only one thing missing now is the front door lock, which I believe is the only thing to be done before they can lock up...I think? We've done the re-selection for kitchen bench stone color last weekend so just hope this does not delay our build too much. Stock is supposed to be available in March. Fingers crossed again. Everyone tells us that the new stone we chose will arrive in March but no one can tell any exact date. all we can do now is to wait and pray ... Still waiting on the stone. Ss told us it will arrive on 9th March hope he's right. Love love the overhead and a big relief because we didn't want a bulkhead so we are worried that the overheads will be ridiculously long. But we love the way it turned out to be! CLO said we can discuss tiling layout in the meeting but i thought that's all been decided at the start? Should we prep anything for the meeting? How long does it last? any advice would be great! TIA! Our Redink build: https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=81681 Re: Build with Redink @ SoR 60Mar 02, 2016 10:04 am Hi teresa, house is looking good. Coming along quickly. I never got told or had the tile meeting date booked in. Basically the tiler rang me up in morning and asked me to come down as he was going to start. Thankfully i had day off. But the meeting is just to confirm which and where u want the tiles laid. Which wall u want a feature wall on etc. incase the plans at start had said something different to wat u wanted. U don't need to prep anything either. I basically dropped everything and went done and was like " yep that goes there, this here etc had look around n left lol. Thank you so much everyone.
