It is shocking how many things are taken into consideration during the selection. We had our consultation for about 3hrs which was completed in 2hrs 15min based on the previous post few things have been altered and few things we have upgraded. I dont know $$ its going turn out. We didnt have any budget for upgrades in mind but OH thinks that it will be alright On the other note, last year builder had provided us with product brochure of what is included and we had a option to select from about 11 bricks. Today at the consultation they advised that the bricks which we selected are upgrade we advised them that builders has given us options to select out of 11 bricks and the brick which we selected is included. Anyhow they checked with builder for the same and builder responded that it is an upgrade with addtional cost Have contacted the builder since then as we are not happy about it and we need to get this rectified asap. Fingers crossed !!! Here are the final selection for our house. We too like the bricks. We didnt want to spend fortune on the bricks so went with included bricks but there has been some issues with builder not including the bricks in our selection and they are counting it as an upgrade. Hopefully they rectify this small issue for us. Y0u R tH3 Cr3@t0r 0f y0Ur 0Wn R3@L1ty A quick update, we didn't have site start before Easter.
