We were told to expect titles in mid November 2015 - and to Lend Lease's credit, we settled in December 2015. We were very happy - particularly because other estates in the Werribee, Wyndham Vale area have had so many delays. I have to pay 3k for my builder due to late site start . The thing is now about Eden Brae Homes, They took 3 months but cant bring the job to the site and is asking for another 2 months. A Post contract variation has sent out asking another 2k because of the later site start, I was telling them thats because of them ( EBH ) taking 5 months since land settle , not from me but they told me its because of my land is required more docs .
