Good luck Here was the note for the garage eaves: Due to the garage being 200mm off the boundary, the eave return to the side of the garage has been deleted due to the insufficient space. The minimum setback is 1meter but eaves are allowed to encroach up to 0.5 meters. So technically you should be able to have eaves all the way around your house except for the garage part. From my understanding its only on the side of the garage that is too close to boundary and the rest of the house should have eaves. Maybe let them know its been done before and even the minimum lot width listed is 14m so should work for your lot. Like Carmelle Q2 as well but the length of our land wouldnt be able to fit it.
