I missed adding conduits via intelligent homes, thinking builder will allow to add those. So I need to get conduits for alarm panel as I intend to install it after handover... Do I esquire conduit for alarm panel or am I worrying for nothing ? Hi Mate, I was told by one of my builders staff that I can only do the conduit with IH which turned out to be wrong. Clipsal can also do them and its a 25mm Conduit. If its going to be on an internal wall, I would recommend you do it through Clipsal which is cheaper by around 20 AUD per conduit even though its a slightly smaller Conduit. If you have already done the plan, I would recommend you amend it now as it only costs you around a 100 AUD or so to amend the plan. But it will be pain in bum if you end up doing it later. You will need to wire, patch and repaint. Hope this helps Thank you so much everyone. This all makes a lot of sense.
