its located there. I might build with them too Re: Bright Homes Constructions 11Apr 21, 2009 10:18 am We are just waiting for bright homes to submit our building permit. Then some time in the future they will start our house. It was through National Builders as well. National Builders have been great, but have only just started with Bright Homes so am interested to see others experiences. Re: Bright Homes Constructions 12May 02, 2009 7:40 am hi, im awaiting for building permit as well. it has taken more than 4 weeks. apparently, it can take up to 8 weeks. Re: Bright Homes Constructions 13May 02, 2009 2:55 pm BHC As you know are part of the NBG of builders. They also have their own display under their own name. I have seen many of their homes in construction and from what I saw they were very well done with 450 centres. They do a lot in the West of Melbourne. I was intending on using them in the west. Check out their display in Tarneit, I dont know why they are not more well known. Their display is very nice and they have many other designs. Re: Bright Homes Constructions 15Sep 17, 2010 9:13 pm re bhc i believe they are no longer with nbg. they have an office in rebecca drive ravenhall. anyone who buys nbg are desperate. nbg homes are made to a price a cheap price. they pay there tradesmen very low metre rates. buyer beware. bhc say there loyal and a family company..........sales pitch totally untrue.....i wouldnt touch them with a ten foot barge pole......everyone in point cook love them not.......they build 3 units on a small block.....how fun that is for the neighbours..... the co owner is charlie xuerub.....yeah i know i cant pronounce his surname either.....they have a total disregard for neighbours around a building site......anyway enough said.... avoid at all costs..... Re: Bright Homes Constructions 16Sep 17, 2010 10:12 pm Our next door neighbours built with them. They seem OK quliaty wise, tradies have been nice to deal with re issues etc. Only thing I would mention is that they are VEEERRYYYY SLOOW. Our neighbours starting building in November 09, and it's been at lock up since march, they're still not in. We have found them to be extremely competitive with prices in comparison to the major builders. The Sales consultant we dealt with was very professional and helpful. One major thing that set them apart for us was the fact that they Custom Build at No Extra Cost! You only get charged for the overall size of your house. This was a big advantage as we could design our house exactly how we wanted to and not get charged a fortune to move a wall etc! They are very quick to build! The only thing that took a while was all the permits etc, but as we understand it is all done through a company & the council and it depends on how long they take to process it so that part is out of Bright Homes Constructions hands. Apart from that they are so quick to build! Definitely up there with the other companies!! We have had a very positive experience and would highly recommend them to anyone! Will definitely build with Bright Homes Constructions again. Love Bright Homes! Progress on my house is amazing!! Very Happy Client!! Amazing Builder Excellent Customer Service! Highly Recommend Re: Bright Homes Constructions 20Aug 27, 2014 11:43 am I had a helpful sales guy call me about my first home I am wanting to build He seemed helpful and genuine in trying to save me money, but could be the sales tactics.. I have read mixed reviews from these guys on this forum Can anyone else vouch for these guys? Good or bad? Ask for references and speak to them.
