I look forward to following your build, we are building with easystart (also under Summit)... also waiting for our final plans but love your design too, its kind of given me an idea for our laundry (which I'm not 100% happy with)

I think I feel the laundry has a bit of wasted space. It's a long laundry and I guess I'm not used to that much space. I'm s functional person and this isn't functional enough. My hubby supplies laminates to Cabinet makers so I think I'll leave it basic for now and get additional things later on

I think, like installing more GPO's doing it on an external wall you can run wires in between the bricks. So I think it's ok that you've left it out. It can be done at a later stage

Hi Mate,
I was told by one of my builders staff that I can only do the conduit with IH which turned out to be wrong. Clipsal can also do them and its a 25mm Conduit.
If its going to be on an internal wall, I would recommend you do it through Clipsal which is cheaper by around 20 AUD per conduit even though its a slightly smaller Conduit. If you have already done the plan, I would recommend you amend it now as it only costs you around a 100 AUD or so to amend the plan. But it will be pain in bum if you end up doing it later. You will need to wire, patch and repaint.
