If u got BT to install r/c aircon, run for a while and see if condensation drains away correctly or if there is leaking happening into the house from an overflowing drain tray. Make sure your downpipes have been capped off to the eaves on both floors. Check that tops of doors are painted....do they think that isn't part of the door? More to the topic.....it ain't PCI if isn't practically complete! I suggest you get copies of warranties as well.
