Congrats on PCI and glad your granddad is OK. Re: Our Ben Trager Build - Keys 30th...? 1934Nov 24, 2015 8:53 pm More work done today! Shower screens are in and mirrors as well as range hood, the painter was still there doing the gloss work too. I also wish I had of tiled the little gap between the shower screen and vanity Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Ugly shower mixer lol Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Re: Our Ben Trager Build - Keys 30th...? 1936Nov 24, 2015 9:12 pm Any tiles leftover so you can do it at some point after? The splashback window looks fab. Yeah, I hear you about the mirror. We ended up with two separate ones. Mixers aren't too bad. So excited for you archetto. You've been so patient. Not long till those keys are in your hands Re: Our Ben Trager Build - Keys 30th...? 1937Nov 24, 2015 9:23 pm Hey, congrats on all the great news! Not long more till keys! Happy days when they get work done! I hear you on the mirror, I wonder how much it would cost if you just did it yourself after handover. $500 seems like a lot. Re: Our Ben Trager Build - Keys 30th...? 1939Nov 24, 2015 9:58 pm Not sure I'll find out, problem is my partner doesn't see a problem with it so will be hard to convince him to spend the money on it, but it's not urgent I guess and I have an idea of something I can do to try even it up. Yep we have heaps of tiles left over so can do that eventually too Our painting starts tomorrow, we have just run out of time to really study what we want so are winging it and I hope it works out, already told my partner if the paint has a blue tone I'm blaming him as he is adamant he wants it!! So we are doing solver soft apparition in half strength for all the living bedrooms etc and then solver floral white in all the wet areas including laundry and toilets. Good luck with the painting, I'm sure it will be fine! I guess when you talk to a builder who butters up everything to look very polished, you get to start believing… 7 17579 |
