Good news joel. He is a rookie, there will be a more experienced SS accompanying him when he does our PCI's. I don't think it hurts having 2 people there!

MGardz - That was the quote for both roller and planation. One window alone for plantation was $3700. Its the balcony sliding door. We are in Newcastle, not sure if Nepean blinds come up here, ill have to investigate. I have another company coming tonight to do a quote.

Mgardz- thanks I hope your new SS is efficient.

He doesn't tell you, as such, but you can certainly tell that he's been! I happened to bump into him accidentally....... the day after PCI I drove past (can't remember why now!) but saw the M car out the front, so stopped and went in. He told me who he was and what he was doing, so I left him to it. When I had gone to PCI, I took a roll of tape and had coloured it pink (so it would be noticable) to mark everything we wanted fixed. (The painter already knew about the obvious bits). Then this M inspector came along with a roll of purple tape....... here's just one pic of a wall he noted paint issues. I had found just one area that needed attention (see my pink tape)....... then look at what he felt needed attention!

Unfortunately not good SS impossible to deal with.

you'll be finished with him very, very soon. so long as all things have been noted to get fixed. Were there many things to be done? Did the gap above your stacker doors get fixed?

It didn't go ahead with SS he didn't want to continue he became aggressive. And closed the doors and wanted us to leave. I told him that we have a inspector coming we are not going anywhere. When inspector came he left. Unbelievable

I would definitely go beyond your CC if you don't get immediate results. That is crazy.

The top of stacker was finished off we have dented stacker and sliding doors and window frame chipped bench top different colour bricks leaking under kitchen sink and bathroom sink. Did everyone have there doors painted on top and underneath .?

We didn't but we picked it up at our inspection. Apparently it is most important in your wet areas.

OMG how bad is that Marina!! Even our old SS was nicer than that and by the sounds of our letter his leaving or moving was not his choice lol or it's just a poorly worded letter.

SVE it's plantations on all windows including a seamless unit on my balcony door/window but it's a mix of woodlore and Woodbury - Woodbury I think is the top of the range that provides better closure and insulation - we have that in the rooms and main living areas.

Anyway long story short hopefully nepean can supply you!

no, our wir has two most of the way around, plus two sections which are full length hanging.
