Or maybe I misunderstood them who knows lol My build viewtopic.php?t=76386 Re: Coral Homes - Noosa 29 (Modified) - Keys! We're having professional photos taken of the interior on Tuesday but I don't think they'll be in by then. Must check out your retaining wall photos! Re: Coral Homes - Noosa 29 (Modified) - Keys! Sh!tty photo. Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ The last thing we need before we can move in is blinds, which will hopefully be installed this week. We don't have fences along the secondary street side yet so it will be too exposed without blinds. I have spent ages wiping out every drawer, every shelf, every skirting board, every door and window frame, removing handprints and marks from walls, sealing all tiles and grout, enduroshielding shower glass, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping... House is getting its windows washed today and final touches before photos. The countdown to moving in has started! Re: Coral Homes - Noosa 29 (Modified) - Keys! We are about to sign the contract and i want to change our island bench top side with two 40L pullout bin just like yours. What's the length of your pull out bin? Did you have the pot draw on the cook top side and what's the length of that? Many thanks Here you go. Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Hi Mandernne-Thank you for your detailed information. As u said you have two 40L pullout bins in the kitchen but from the layout i can only see one next to MW space at the BF bar? Do you have the pic of these pullout bins in your kitchen? I can see you use Dulux Casper white quarter for your main wall and may i ask did you use the same colour for your door/door frame/skirting too or other colours? At moment we choose Lexicon quarter low sheer for our main wall and full gloss for door/woodwork but i always think we should choose Lexicon full for door and woodwork so give little be pop up. Now your house is nearly finish how you feel about the colors? Your kitchen benchtop use Caesarstone : osprey and overhead cabinets use: Laminex white is that polar white natural finish or the white silk finish? many thanks You must be very pround of all your choose come together so well and modern. I love your kitchen theme! Re: Coral Homes - Noosa 29 (Modified) - Limbo 499Nov 12, 2015 11:33 am thebearof4 Hi Mandernne-Thank you for your detailed information. I love your kitchen theme! There are two bins in that space, one behind the other with the drawer is pretty much the full depth of the bench. Hope that helps. We actually used Natural White low sheen wash and wear on the walls and Lexicon Quarter gloss enamel for all woodwork and doors. I wanted it to stand out a bit more and match the ceiling white - the painter said Lexicon Quarter was as close to ceiling white as you can get. I was a bit concerned that the Natural White looked yellow, especially as we have warm white lighting, but I love it now that the carpets are in. I like the contrast between that and the cool Lexicon as well. If I could do it again, I might go to half or quarter strength Natural White. Yes, the benchtops are Osprey and the overhead cabs are Laminex White (not Polar White, which is a cool tone) in natural finish. Thank you, I am very happy with how the colours came together Re: Coral Homes - Noosa 29 (Modified) - Limbo 500Nov 12, 2015 12:15 pm manderinne thebearof4 Hi Mandernne-Thank you for your detailed information. Thank you, I am very happy with how the colours came together Thank you to let's me know the two bins is one behind out as i throught is side by side. Yeah we upgrade to dulux wash and wear paint too plus some feature walls. The color lady said feature wall will cost us $200 each wall and upgrade to wash and wear will be around $600 still waiting for variations to come back. We are using Osprey too but worry about wont be white enough so we ask to price us on snow too but seeing your pics make me feel osprey is white enough and as you said Laminex white do you mean the one call white silk finish? As i want to our living/dining/kitchen area to be Beige Royal and door/door frame/skirting to be Lexicon half also other main wall to be either Beige Royal quarter or White Exchange half. Now i more lean to this option rather than before just Lexicon quarter for main wall and door/woodwork. Plz give me some your opinion on color choose. thanks Ask the council if there is a chance of getting build over easement exemption. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck. And yes any builder… 2 15145 Hi so sorry for the late reply. I already contacted them and they wouldn't tell me instead they tried to get me to talk to one of their home coordinators and I'm not… 2 6518 Is there a building permit? RU in Victoria?
