It's the 3 bath plan but we have taken out the ensuite and have a third toilet and a wil instead. Re: Whistling Grove Wandi - CompleteHomes -PreStart Complete 50Oct 29, 2015 7:16 pm The finishing looks good Hunter86! gives me more confidence about the builder. I am also building the Sherborne with Complete Homes. We have made quite a few changes so far and our sales agent has been great and so very accommodating. Below is our plan. Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Basically we got rid of the scullery and drop off zone, to replace it with the Laundry and to fit in a store room (off the garage). By moving the laundry we were able to make the WIR in the BED1 bigger. We also put more linens in the hallway (can't never have enough storage!). We changed the kitchen layout which costed a bit more, but we believe this is more suitable for us. Lastly, we made the guest bed smaller to create a hallway so it is easier to get from the master bedroom to the kid's bedroom. We also changed the layour of ensuite 2, and plan to use this as the guest bathroom. This way we are also separating the 'private' area and 'living' area. However, admitedly I am unsure about this change as creating extra corridor is also a wasted space.. Appreciate any feedback. No start for us yet. Waiting for old bank to transfer loan to new bank.. Whistling Grove Wandi - CompleteHomes -PreStart Complete 53Oct 31, 2015 1:32 am Hey, We modified the Sherborne 6 times before we settled on our plan. Some of your current layout options were considered. My feedback below you may wish to consider if elegant to your situation/lifestyle; 1) laundry in changed from scullery. Where will your washing line be? Also not sure if you want to be bringing washing through the kitchen? 2) Ens2. No room for towel rack. 3) living area due to space in this area you'll struggle to put couches there to use it as a living area. Change Dining window to a highlight raised window which means you could put TV on a TV unit without window behind it with glaring sun. You'll cop a lot of heat from that window. That being said the idea is that the functionality of Living to Dining is swapped. Bring Linen down n move entry up between current living n hall. Your loosing space in this area due to path way traffic. 4) Bath is curtain railed shower. No door? Just thought I'd check your aware of this. 5) double brick your wall between Theatre and Bed1 and get it sound proofed. It wasn't that much extra in my opinion. If your worried about linen maybe consider what we did with WIL in entry. And then you could consider removing that hallway that's running down past the bedroom 4 master ensuite and utilising that space in the living area. Or alternatively you put your linen cupboard in your Laundry there is a lot of unused space there? Hope the above helps.
