With only an initial deposit and currently awaiting the colour selection process, I must say I am not impress with H***ey's customer service so far.
It's been 5 business days and the customer service rep. has yet to reply to my email. Tried calling her in the middle of the week and she says she will get it when she's available. To make matters worse, the questions are very basic.
Can't imagine what it'll be like when I put down the second deposit. Hmm.... might be a tempting option to go ahead with PD seeing the rave reviews I read in this forum .

kevin im going to build with pd so far i can only give praise 4 my customer rep. if i send her a email she answer me very quickly . 5 days is a long time to wait for reply from your rep. mayb ask for a new rep
