Even the street lights are up ![]() I'll have to pop down in the next week or two to have a look. Ooh, look even Henry is starting to come along. I guess those few gum trees are where the park is. I rang the developer today, they are going to call sometime during the week if the date is moving up to November. I'm excited for it to move forward, but wow me and the builder need to get moving on the contract!! Re: Ascot Pakenham Estate Thread 28Oct 02, 2015 5:05 pm Sounds like stage 4 could be titling same time as stage 3 now.. ee, happening too fast!!! I'm not ready for settlement. Has anyone thought about their landscaping plan? I assume at least the front yard landscaping plan has to be ready for settlement. Does anyone know to what detail it needs to be done? Ascot Pakenham Estate Thread 29Oct 02, 2015 11:24 pm Oh wow what?! Has anyone absolutely confirmed that the expected date for titling for stage 4 is now earlier? I mentioned this to my partner and it stressed her out (she does our finances), whereas I was just excited!! What she has said is Stage 3 is expected to settle in late November. Stage 4 is expected to settle in January. So still a bit of a wait ![]() Re: Ascot Pakenham Estate Thread 39Nov 09, 2015 4:46 pm Oh you did? That probably means my builder can do his soil test! Yipee. I think I will head down this weekend if nothing else comes up. I want to see what's happening!!! I saw a house for rent/sale that was in Arlington.. looked like there were 2 double storeys next to each other. Photos??? ![]() Re: Ascot Pakenham Estate Thread 40Nov 09, 2015 6:25 pm Checked out realestate.com.au, already 3 houses in Ascot up for rent. Two single storeys (exact same as mine, 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, 1 garage) for $330-$350 a week and one double storey (4 bedroom) for over $400. If you take $350 a week rent.. that means monthly rent is about $1500.. which if I am doing my maths right means if I rented my house out I'd be positively geared. How cool is that! ![]() Looks like good value for money. Might need to buy another block XD Hi, Apologies - I know there is plenty out there on this but struggling to put together the puzzle.
