Basically if you spend at least 20k you get an extra 5k on the deal. They added up our complete contract value and then reduced the amount by 25k. I am looking at building with metricon but are concerned with the time it takes to get to the construction stage. Can you guys give me a heads up with the process. Also when given the estimation quote, how accurate was it to the actual tender. Were the site costs close? Also any changes that were made were the estImates also close? Has anyone also had to reduce their house if so what sought of credit did they give? Appreciate your help. Hi, You can follow this build process for M. For use the tender quote was quite accurate with the contract. Of course the provisional sums can vary. Yup if your house has to be reduced then M will give you a credit but unsure how it's calculated. http://i1259.photobucket.com/albums/ii548/Liem_Nguyen/Mobile%20Uploads/Metricon%20process.jpg Wow first time I've seen this build process Tried looking everywhere for this on M site. Even SC didn't have one to offer, saved now And sorry again another question. How much cost was it too raise internal door heights to 2340? Can't find thread with this upgrade price. Thanks in advance Courtesy of sheilzy check her ourhudson blog
Hi We are building a designer home in NSW it costs us $140 per door to increase the height to 2340. This was about a year ago though viewtopic.php?t=78985
So times that price by 10 for Melbourne then lol.
