Is it possible to build, cover site costs, have driveway done, get fencing, window treatments etc etc (everything required for a family to move in) for under $230 000? What builder would you recommend for building a quality home on a budget? We spoke to Allworth today who informed us that their site costs are $40 000 and this seems very steep considering what I have been able to research. I land apparently slopes more than 2 meters and we don't think we can afford all the extra site costs plus builders keep chopping and changing what they say to us and it's becoming really frustrating!
