Browse Forums DIY, Home Maintenance & Repair 1 Aug 12, 2015 2:49 pm Hi there, Myself and fiancé are currently going through purchasing our first house, one issue is that being a federation house that it's dos pipes aren't connected, they just run to the ground and then under the house and is starting to cause issues. On the high side, I was thinking if ag pipe to help travel the water away from the house with the down pipe connected to this, with it then discharging into the street? No gutters I in the street either. Off the garage I am wanting to put in a water tank for there. Then make an offer less those costs, or ask that those issues be fixed before accepting any contracts. If the offer is rejected, walk away, unless there is some majorly redeeming aspect to this deal that puts you ahead. Otherwise it sounds like youll be stuck with some very expensive problems.
