I just can't keep up ATM! We have our KEYS! Hand over went really well, we got a lovely Royal Doulton Vase from SS, and we gave him a little something too We had some 'dingo's' in on monday cleaning up the backyard and layed all our topsoil and turf underlay. Turf should be layed early next week. Long wait for quotes for fence, driveway and blinds at the moment! We've also got some retaining walls to do. DH has no time off work, so we'll be doing alot of stuff at night. I picked up DD's wallpaper today.. porters paint dragonfly's in mushroom... it's beautiful. I voted that you will get the keys before xmas in your blog back in August. Enjoy your new house and keep us sticky beaks updated! Sammy, our house is only 32sq's which is on the 'small side' especially in our area as most blocks of land are around the 650-800 sqm (We have a smaller block of 495sqm so were very limited to how big we could go!. Thanks for the vote, only a few weeks to go before we can move... its getting exciting now Re: End of a Clarend0n build, WE'RE IN & photos..floors 14Dec 28, 2008 8:38 pm Clarity,
Congratulations! I know how excited and happy you are that you finally have the keys to your house.. we just did too! Your house looks lovely! Nice facade, brick colour, kitchen and the stairs! Enjoy your new home and don't forget to post more photos in the future (when you have the landscaping, floor/window coverings, etc). ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Built the Nevada 42 Next project - landscaping! reply 16Dec 29, 2008 1:30 pm I agree with Sharee, the white colour scheme looks great! Donuts, will post pics of dragonfly wallpaper as soon as its done, DD (who is 9, can't wait to see it up too) We've had the grass layed in the backyard, and really happy with it.. we needed more than we thought, which means that even with a new house the actual footprint is smaller that the old 1950's house that was there!
