Re: Anyone building in Nth Kellyville Whitegum Ridge Washpoo 23Jul 10, 2015 3:22 pm So have we. A positive step in the right direction. I drove near the estate last weekend and the development is taking shape. All things being equal, they should have the outstanding works done real soon. Re: Anyone building in Nth Kellyville Whitegum Ridge Washpoo 26Aug 04, 2015 3:28 pm Hi All, EB has advised that registration is now expected by 31 August 2015 - the frustrations of buying undeveloped land. My hope is post settlement EB does not take a long time to commence the build given the time the delay in registration has afforded them to get everything in order. Re: Anyone building in Nth Kellyville Whitegum Ridge Washpoo 27Aug 04, 2015 5:11 pm So assuming we won't expect whole project to be completed by at least May 2016 based on 33 week build period... Can't say I'm not annoyed because I am... Re: Anyone building in Nth Kellyville Whitegum Ridge Washpoo 28Aug 19, 2015 2:05 pm FYI - we are informed that the developer is just waiting for 'Sydney Water' to connect the water before submitting the application before LPI for registration which is on track for the end of August latest September 2015. We drove past the land on the weekend and it would appear that the above statement is correct the developer has sprayed the land with grass hopefully the connection will be done ASAP. EB is also completing the survey of the land this month to enable construction to start immediately once the land is registered. The above is the official line lets hope they don't deviate from it. Re: Anyone building in Nth Kellyville Whitegum Ridge Washpoo 29Aug 19, 2015 4:19 pm Yes we received the same news. Eden brae also made up sign a pcv extending contract date to 30 Nov... Based on your observations do you believe we should have construction commence well before 30 Nov? Re: Anyone building in Nth Kellyville Whitegum Ridge Washpoo 30Aug 19, 2015 10:21 pm I believe so, unless for some unforeseen event causes further delay. Re: Anyone building in Nth Kellyville Whitegum Ridge Washpoo 31Aug 20, 2015 8:14 am Took us 3 month to start building from rego Re: Anyone building in Nth Kellyville Whitegum Ridge Washpoo 32Aug 31, 2015 12:39 pm Went passed the development over the weekend...definitely looks much improved from my last visit 1 month ago... Lamp posts are in place and everything has been cleared out. Hope we are not too far off now! Re: Anyone building in Nth Kellyville Whitegum Ridge Washpoo 33Sep 04, 2015 4:02 pm I saw that also..which is a positive. I hope the street signs go up soon and Sydney Water connections gets done so registration can proceed. Anyone upgrade their staircase, if so, what did you upgrade to and was it costly? I ask this because we are considering upgrading our stairs. Re: Anyone building in Nth Kellyville Whitegum Ridge Washpoo 35Sep 22, 2015 1:54 pm Hi Taram... Not yet, I have instructed my solicitor to obtain a formal update from the vendors solicitor I suggest you all do the same. When I last visited the site the street signs were up and the storm pipes and I believe Syd Water connections were done. Any other news anyone has? Re: Anyone building in Nth Kellyville Whitegum Ridge Washpoo 36Oct 01, 2015 3:30 pm Hey all - no news on my end and interesting to note your comments Lancaster 30. I am growing increasing frustrated with the lack of updates from developers Re: Anyone building in Nth Kellyville Whitegum Ridge Washpoo 37Oct 11, 2015 7:12 am We have spoken with the real estate agent who we have bought the land through. He said that all Sydney Water paper work has now been approved and it is being ready to submit into council. Apparently aiming for a November registration. Fingers crossed! Re: Anyone building in Nth Kellyville Whitegum Ridge Washpoo 38Oct 14, 2015 7:00 pm We talking early November or late November? If late then doubt much construction will take place given the 5 week hiatus for building industry in December. 3 22625 Petercurtis You able to contact the certifier and get a copy of your structural plans, if they are not in your contract.
