Just a quick one - we had a big tree in the front of our property removed yesterday and today they came back to take out the stump and the surface roots. It seems they have taken all of the roots except for one...
It isn't huge but it is under ground a bit - I don't think (although we didn't try hard) we would be able to pull it up...
We are due to get the place demolished in a few weeks and the demolition company is getting rid of the house/shed and a number of other smaller trees on the property....do you think they will just get rid of this root too.
I'm assuming they have to leave a flat surface and they smooth the surface once they are done, so would it probably get removed in all of the other demoliton/cleaning? We will ask them to remove it on the actual day.
Or should we just get the other company back to come and get the tree root, it just seems a bit silly to call them out if it will probably get done anyway.
Any advice, or do you think we could even do it ourselves with a shovel??
Thanks Bel
