He came out and quoted me properly. Also be wear of what council wants, Penrith Council asked what materials are being removed (Concrete, fibro etc)and exactly where they are being dumped (Concrete recyclers, approved asbestos tips). I have had 7 quotes come back & the 2 cheapest have not come out to visit the site - just looked at google maps for reference - which is why I'm sceptical about using them. The highest priced one is the one organised by Rawson & is over $5K more than the other 4. I will look at the ones you have referenced (Anesti & DJ Demoliton) today. I've heard horror stories of demotion taking a while to do - was the demolition done quickly, as we don't want it to drag on for too long. The fencing took a while longer to go, but it didn't hold us up.
