Re: Who's building with Clarendon?? 9447Jul 15, 2015 9:11 pm Sydney-build No, the $56 is for supply and install LED fitting. Edit: Are yo in QLD leese ? Because it says on your plan Standard: Supply and install 10 LED downlights Sure as hell, they wont be doing that in NSW !~ I'm sorry to say we are building in Sydney! We got the Free-for-all promotion (and the plus price package)... so one of the things is 10 downlights. Out of interest is that the light or medium stain? With PCI it all depends on any mess ups and thigns that need to be finalised. rmjose - Glad to see ur fish are happy in their new home and u must be very exhausted. Cheryl we had the 3 coat paint in low sheen i questioned the sheen as looked like matt finish, but tins definately were low sheen so not too glossy at all. leelah we built over christmas break it was stated as 5 weeks contract break for holidays, but depends on the tradies really. Ours worked up till like 18th December and then were back on site the second week in Jan. leese the 30 weeks does not include the 5 week break over christmas or rain days. With my build we started in October 2014 and still not yet at PCI yet. Nothing happening on site this week rang ss Tues and emailed, rang today and so far no response, yet meant to have walkthrough Friday.. Me thinks walkthrough is not going to happen but a phone call would be nice so I know when to book houspect.. Some things to still be fixed here and there and not happy with the front door stain and matching to the gargae. Very annoying with colour studio as they recommended medium stain with ironbark door and it is WAY too red...not happy at all.
