I think it is worse on acreage as they think they have full run of the place. We too had these issues. Our latest is that the kitchen company that installed our kitchen thinks is acceptable to put up with mis aligned cupboards, scratches on most cupboards (cleaners must have used scourer). the installer had double go's at putting in screws and then tried to cover up with paper white dots. Anyway will have to follow up our maintenance period ends early august. I would think they would treat a job as they would want people to treat their homes-dreaming I know! I just can't even be excited right now- our beautiful home marred by all these issues! I'm newly renovating and looking at doing my floors with a lay over flooring. Can I ask what brand the flooring is? We are looking at Tarrkett white wash. Hi Jat76 We are going to do solid timber floors after handover. We are thinking of using either Blackbutt, Stringy Bark or possibly Spotted Gum. As you can see, we are not quite sure on the timber choice yet. Good luck with the renovations. It is so disappointing when you are getting so close to the end of your build. I hope your issues get sorted out. We are pretty happy with the way it has been cut. We have some fill at the back which we might be able to spread around after the build otherwise we will just have to take it away. Not used to posting photos so hopefully they show up.
