Woohoo finally! Do you think they would have finished it on the same time if you hadn't gone to area manager?

DG, when did your build start again? Sorry, I think I have forgotten...

DG - Wow, that took so long for bricks! Not sure why the Area Mgr had no idea. At least it is now in his radar. Hopefully not much delays from now on, except for this terrible rain. Re: Who's building with Clarendon?? 8626Jun 19, 2015 7:38 pm I have no idea on the model of our security system.. it was included in Summer of Free promotion and the only thing I had any involvement in was the placement of the sensors and the keypad thing. EDIT: Apparently it's the 8 zone, hills reliance system with a standard LCD keypad. If not take a pic of the front of the panel cover and post it here. We were getting 3000 as well, but was told today I have a 2000 installed. Apparently Zurcorp told my SS about the situation and he was supposed to pass it on to me. But he never did. I am guessing it's Zurcorp which is playing up here. ** b******* Re: Who's building with Clarendon?? 8633Jun 19, 2015 9:48 pm PennoDream Sydney-build Hey guys, Has anyone got a Bosch 3000 Alarm Panel put in by Clarendon (via Zurcorp) yep we have Are you sure that's what you got ? I think it looks like it has be shoved in a corner but if it was off the wall a bit like in the display home that it fits in it perfectly. Did anyone move the vanity over to right up against the wall in an ensuite? or keep the little gap? Put ours against the wall and feel it is fine but we made it wider by 1 door too. ------------- Building modified Wentworth 35 with Clarendon Homes 13/11/14 Site Cut - 01/12/14 Slab Poured - 02/06/15 Fencing Removed - 16/06/15 Handover Re: Who's building with Clarendon?? 8635Jun 19, 2015 10:04 pm This app will never work properly. Re: Who's building with Clarendon?? 8639Jun 20, 2015 9:31 am Hi all, I wonder if I could ask for some help please. We have our deposit down with Allworth but their admin side is incredibly slow and we are considering changing to Clarendon. Can anyone please tell me if Clarendon are efficient at getting your plans drawn up and quick with getting everything ready to lodge with council. Also what would be a standard build time for a single story 4 bedroom home. I have tried looking through the pages but there are so many of them. By that I mean, there are several steps to go through from Tender, Preliminary plans, Any Variations you want, Colour selections, Tile selections and Electrical appointment. You will only get as far as Tender and Prelim plans then you will need deposit to keep the ball rolling. It's only after you get through all that, that you will be able to get the final plans to go to council (or private certifier these days). If you keep making changes, then it will prolong the process. Also don't forget that you may lose your deposit from Allworth but mention this to Clarendon and they might give you a "discount" of comparable value for changing to Clarendon.
