I wish we had done sound proofing or insulation between the floors to reduce the thudding from up stairs. So many little things that get missed or thought of to late. I didn't realise they didn't have externals package on the other ranges. Bummer, though in lots of new estates the aerial isn't required anyhow as tv is provided by underground cable. Our tiny estate has underground power (so lovely not to have overhead wires and power poles about, you don't realise what a difference it makes til you have spent time without them) and NBN cabling but not set up for TV apparently.
