Raised it at 90 day and was told it was normal. M inspector suggested we poor powder on the floor and let it soak into cracks before vacuuming as "he has heard that can fix it"! It may be normal for M but in my view it's not acceptable, it's a new house and floors should not creak. Or did the shelving go in after the floor? Brettbert we just did bamboo downstairs, I looked in our pantry and they took the skirting up, laid the flooring and then reattached the skirting so it looks fine, but we just have sturdy shelves across, nothing touching the floor there. You're right re single story being fairly easy for everything to be done after. As already suggested it is good if you can match up where they put the included light with where you are going to have down lights. 5/14 $3900 paid 7/14 first drawn plans 8/14 Contracts 8/14 Plans to council 9/14 Q Central/Tiles 10/14 Colours/Electrical 31/10/14 Council Approval 11/14 Block cleared 12/14 Pre construction complete 4 17268 i imagine you also have another contract with an architect? and yeah, whatever other's said about special conditions and appendices 16 16748 Hi all I am looking to run a water line under my concrete footpath which is directly next to my home, was seeing if this is possible without cutting the entire section… 0 20780 |
