Browse Forums Building A New House Re: Boutique Homes 1258Jun 16, 2015 9:25 pm allui I would also suggest checking out the range in Derrimut. We have order non-standard tiles in our Living/Dining/Kitchen area and in the Ensuite. We were extremely set on floorboards after checking out the showroom at the Boutique offices but was blown away by the options at Hynes and decided to run with a couple of their options. Boutique just need the item numbers. And yes, cost did add up a bit more but our PSC quoted us at a Cat 3-ish equivalent. There are some options there that we got quoted 10k for just our L/D/K area but admittedly they were extravagant options. You get what you pay for. We're building with Boutique and chose a custom tile from Hynes - added over 10K to the price to use those tiles in the L/D/K and bathrooms/laundry. We've only had one bathroom tiled so far, and we love the result - wouldn't change a thing. Re: Boutique Homes 1259Jun 17, 2015 8:17 pm Hi guys, quick question. We are just at lockup phase and our block is really messy and full of rubish. I don't want to complain, but my wife and I think it is really bad. How is everyone's experience with site cleanliness? 10 15760 Ask for references and speak to them. If they are defensive or try to avoid the request, walk. 1 74715 |
