We bought a block of land in stage 28 Elewate Precinit 14 by 32... that going to release in February. 2016 .... we been to few builder already .,I know bit early but we like the Carlisle homes plan.... Now the main question is builder said the soil there is very reactive and site cost is high... has anyone come across this... Any info will be great... thanx in advance Hi - we've just bought land also in Armstrong Creek too at Waralilly Coast. Good news for you if you like Carlisle homes, because they have fixed site costs so it won't matter if they're likely to be high, it's all included we were told. We didn't go with Carlisle in the end, we've gone with Metricon, having that was definitely one of the main advantages of Carlisle over some other builders. We been to other few builders in last week time everybody is comin up with different site cost... didn't been to metricon yet... congrats for your new land ... and good luck with metricon... Wish you all the best. Once you signed the contract, they will find millions excuses to charge you.
