Not much you can do for now as nutrient uptake is limited until soil temps increase in spring time. As it becomes more established you will probably find that winter colour will improve next year. Just ensure there is good contact between the turf and the soil and still keep it moist. If that means running the sprinkers if needed then I would do so, particularly when it is dry and windy.
