Just like when they said I had to handle the grilled drainage on the driveway and I told them it's included driveway, they realised they'd made an error and changed it to their liability etc Paddington 29 @ Blue Horizon Estate (Lot 105, Wattleridge Crescent, North Kellyville) Our Build Progress Blog: http://light487.wordpress.com/ Re: Who's building with Clarendon?? 7794May 26, 2015 7:15 pm When Clarendon would have selected the site for a HL package, they would have known the location of the pit. But they still offered the driveway as included in the contract without mentioning anything about altering it or getting approval from council. Stick to your guns and make sure you get the driveway you want and signed for. If that involves more council approval, it's upto builder. Re: Who's building with Clarendon?? 7796May 26, 2015 7:16 pm Clarendon are providing you with the driveway, they should bare the cost. Why did they not know about these restrictions during Council DA lodgement? That's basically what my SS said. If the scheduled laying gets delayed to a certain point, they will do reverse build and get the roof on while they wait.
