I will probably be at that stage next year what a looooong wait. By the way, would anyone recommend a good fencing company? Also who have decent pricing? I am looking for timber fencing. How much do they usually charge by meter? Re: Who's building with Clarendon?? 7684May 23, 2015 11:43 pm Messina we used Jacks Timber and they were great. I had Brian do our fences and gates. But I got quotes for a 'good neighbour' capped fence (which means nobody gets an ugly side!) for $63-$70/metre. We also need narrow slatted hardwood fencing for $176-$200/metre. For a single hardwood gate it was $250-$450. Re: Who's building with Clarendon?? 7687May 24, 2015 9:05 am Messina PennoDream Messina we used Jacks Timber and they were great. Is that the side with the posts visible? The reason I ask is that I would prefer to have the posts on my side so I can attach blue-board panels to it. Also, which company is that? Re: Who's building with Clarendon?? 7691May 24, 2015 12:54 pm Yes light. Bad side is posts showing. Messina - the conpany is in Sydney and the company name is Jacks Timber Cheers Liz Built a Fairmont 35 in Pennant Hills.
