They are ridiculously slow and don't call back when they promise they will. Getting information is like pulling teeth and our site supervisor called my husband and abused him just because got getting our own independent inspection done and then refuses to rectify any of the BCA non compliance issues. He's an absolute jerk. This is the 3rd site supervisor we've had and I'm sick of the excuses every week about delays. ![]() Thanks for the feedback. We have very specific design.
