Their workmanship is good and they are very upfront and honest in their dealing with their clients. Bit costly but its worth it given the quality of products they use. All the best with your build eddylamy Hi everyone! I am new to this forum. Just put down our initial deposit 2 weeks ago for a house and land package in Willowdale. Lot 3107.. anyone near there? Anyone have experienced with building with Casaview? Cheers! Re: Building at Willowdale 1245May 14, 2015 9:17 am Hello everyone, A couple times I have been out to Willowdale, I have noticed a few houses with timber fences in the front of their property usually around the main front window. Could someone explain the use/functionality of this to me? So many people have it, I was starting to think it was compulsory! Thanks, Sarah Re: Building at Willowdale 1246May 14, 2015 9:25 am SarahRust Hello everyone, A couple times I have been out to Willowdale, I have noticed a few houses with timber fences in the front of their property usually around the main front window. Thanks, Sarah Hi SarahRust, I've seen the same thing, & wondered why a little 'courtyard' enclosure was built on some homes in the front yard...not sure if it is another developer requirement, or just an approved by council different use of yard space.....? I thought it might be an approved thing if the main bedroom had a sliding door, or if it's a lounge area that opens up, for eg. Quite a few future neighbours "behind the fence" enjoying the sunshine. Deposit paid 3/9/14. Tender signed 3/10/14. I take it, its not just pick a piece of land and pick a house and away you go? We've seen some display homes which have awesome landscaping, how much does that actually cost to do? Our lot number is 3011, on the block which is at the corner of the sports field and the canal. Anyone know if there is any progress there? Is the area behind fence officially opened now? Hi buliarios, my stage 1B block cost me $572/sqM, house cost me $1395/sqM, & landscaping quote $12700, concreting paths & additional area in rear yard quote $9700, & fencing quote $3200. I've gone for somewhat awesome landscaping/concreting with different levels in the garden using Tasman bricks. House near completion, so will post pics of progress of house & landscaping when they are ready ️ Sent using Tapatalk Hey guys building a new place through a volume builder and just wondering if i should complain to the site supervisor as we just had plasterboard installed.
