What the. Our plumbing hasn't been done so maybe Monday, electrical cut in all done, gutters on and downpipes on the non rendered walls. Feels so much bigger now with the roof frame on. We paid to upgrade to 31c Alfresco but when plans came back we were credited and Alfresco dropped to 28c due to eaves (construction requirement) seemingly. Still don't know why. Re: Our Ben Trager build - Lower roof! 530May 11, 2015 12:17 am Maybe it depends on what your alfresco lines up with for the eaves? Not sure how it all works, i'll ask my partner if he knows why. Would love to see your plans DandyDon, where abouts are you building and how far along? Might have to ask the kids Re: Our Ben Trager build - Lower roof! 534May 11, 2015 10:22 am We dropped out alfresco/verandah to 28c as we extended it in front of kitchen and to follow eave line down the side. It also saved some money.
