If you look through the DA documents a number of them have overlays of the subdivision on the existing land. Many thanks Also look at the 'Tree assessment' document in 399/2015/ZB. Outlines which trees are designated to be removed. From memory somewhere in the range of 40% of trees in the estate are set for the chopping block. I don't know anybody that has actually had their land register when it is supposed to. Normally its an extra 2 months.
