Is there any strata / community levies ? Re: Fairwater in Blacktown by Australand 5Mar 13, 2015 9:42 pm Hi dpearl, did you attended the appointment, as per my contract it is Torrens Title property (means no strata. The expected completion date is 1 year time from contract date may be in Jan 2016 what do you think about the pricing, as I didn't attend this release info session i don't have the price list Re: Fairwater in Blacktown by Australand 6Mar 14, 2015 12:20 am Not many people know the definitive advantage in living at Fairwater Living. The train, shopping centre, park and schools are already around you while the other developments still have to wait for a long time before these infrastructure are built. The best deal that I have identified is the terms of payment. So I congratulate all those who have opted to live in Fairwater Living. Re: Fairwater in Blacktown by Australand 7Mar 15, 2015 10:15 pm bought a house in first release which should be ready by september - the base is down already. Cant wait for the display home to be ready! Re: Fairwater in Blacktown by Australand 8Apr 10, 2015 11:00 pm @kaycee - I've been following the threads from Greenway, Elara, Schofields and now this one. Your input in all of them is highly appreciated. We have been looking for our first home and the location of fairwater is the most ideal for us. I tried to search for the price list but unable to find one. Can someone please give me an idea of house or townhouse prices? Re: Fairwater in Blacktown by Australand 9Apr 15, 2015 7:21 pm Hi Gavina, I would love to help you! You asked about the approximate prices at Fairwater. If you want a 2 bedroom terrace you are looking at the $450 000 mark A 2 bedroom townhouse with 2 living rooms (extra upstairs rumpus possibly 3rd Bedroom) is about $500 000-$550 000 3 bedroom townhouses with 2 living rooms start at the 600 mark. 4 bedroom townhouses are 650 plus. There are no residences under 700k (the average is about 800) (I've talked to a salesperson and have gotten these rough estimates) If you want a huge house at an affordable price i recommend buying a 4 bedroom terrace with a loft apartment above the garage. (The house is about 250m2) and the aparment that comes wiht it is about 30m2) The loft apartment has a separate entrance and can be rented out for about $300 in todays market; thats $1200 a month towards your mortgage! I personally am considering buying this house as i can pay off my mortgage quickly! All the residences and townhouses (or townhomes as they call them) are torrens title meaning that you don't have to pay community fees or strata. The terraces are a different story and you do need to pay community fees. Fairwater is a great opportunity and stage two if the greenbank release just came out. I recommed booking an appointment and discussing options with a sales consultant. Hope i helped you a bit! Good luck with your purchase! Re: Fairwater in Blacktown by Australand 10Apr 15, 2015 7:22 pm Does anyone know when the display homes will be completed? Re: Fairwater in Blacktown by Australand 11Apr 15, 2015 9:42 pm @Gavina: Register here. Then go to the Sales Office on site this weekend so that you can participate in the next presentation and qualify for the next release. I strongly recommend purchasing at this estate since you don't have to wait for any amenities which are already around the estate. Good luck! Re: Fairwater in Blacktown by Australand 12Apr 15, 2015 10:10 pm @Fairwater Buyer- thank you for your input. Now we have an idea of what we can afford. I wonder how much is the monthly strata fee. Thanks for mentioning that there is a separate area to the loft. We actually didn't consider getting the terrace due to the strata fees. @kaycee- we have booked an appointment on Sunday 3pm. We are excited to go. We shall update you guys on how we went. Re: Fairwater in Blacktown by Australand 13Apr 15, 2015 10:16 pm Hi Kaycee! In your orevious post you suggested that the paying process in convenient and easy. Can you please provide me with the paying process? Thanks! Re: Fairwater in Blacktown by Australand 14Apr 16, 2015 10:59 pm @Fairwater Buyer: Payment details will be discussed during the orientation. Summary is below: $5000 (fully refundable) - Registration of Interest Fee to secure an appointment time $500 - non refundable administration fee 10% minus $5000 - within 5 days upon signing of a binding Contract of Sale 90% - Upon completion of the house construction In short there are no progress payments while the house is under construction. Re: Fairwater in Blacktown by Australand 15Apr 17, 2015 10:28 am Kaycee, were you able to secure a house? You seem to know a lot about fairwater! Re: Fairwater in Blacktown by Australand 18Apr 18, 2015 4:12 pm @Binca: Register then book an appointment to view plans and pricing. You will be informed of the whole process in one hour from beginning to end. Don't miss this as opportunities like this don't come often. Re: Fairwater in Blacktown by Australand 19Apr 21, 2015 11:40 pm @fairwater buyer - Have you purchased your h&l or trying to purchase on the upcoming release? The priority system is similar to Elara. I'm very nervous about this as my Internet connection isn't the greatest. @Binca - we're you able to attend the information session during the weekend? |
