The odds of the problem happening is 1 in thousand, but just because it can happen, there is the clause by the council to classify Hand Bidets as High Hazard for backflow. One way to counter this is to pre-plan. Tell the plumber before he sets out the pipe layout that you want all your toilets supplied with water from the same supply line isolated from the rest of the supply lines. And then install the RPZD and PLV on that supply line. @Malsannie, check with your local council or their website about regulations regarding backflow prevention. Brisbane and Gold Coast (Queensland) council requires you to perform annual inspections on the PLV and RPZD at the owner's cost via a certified plumber and then forward the test results to the council within 10 business days. Costs around $100 from my memory. Doesn't have anything regarding reflux valves though. Good luck with it.
