We just lost our pooch last week:( he got very sick and after a ton of tests discovered he had very late stage cancer that had spread all over. He was 12 and had a great life and brought us much joy, so despite our sadness we're grateful for what we had. We'll definitely adopt again, but need to get through the move first Let me know how your peach tree goes. We'd like to put some fruit trees in and can't decide. Everything sounds so good, but we need low maintenance too. I know I don't have the time for a high maintenance yard though i do enjoy a bit of gardening. Oh Ardie, I'm so sorry your lovely old dog has gone to doggie heaven. They definitely leave a gaping hole in our hearts when they pass. Brad has already tricked me by attaching a ripe peach in my peach tree!! Imagine my delight ( and then my laughter ) upon discovering a lone. delicious peach, in my newly planted tree........ smart @rsed bugger! We have gone for literally NO maintenance in our front garden, the Succulents we have chosen apparently take care of themselves. Perfect! I enjoy sitting in the garden, but don't really enjoy the upkeep. I helped move 1000 kg's of riverstone (by hand) this past weekend. That is my final hurrah as far as "gardening" goes. Thanks Melsie, love my furry kids We are just not gardening peeps, are out and about way to much, and given the option, hubby will always choose fishing over gardening, hahaha. Can't wait to see you back yard all sorted. It will be awesome. Re: Our REDINK build in Helena Valley - HOME SWEET HOME. 1851Mar 25, 2015 11:01 pm your landscaping looks lovely Kellie. Great Idea! Love her to bits though. Hahaha, very true about vacuuming our pretend lawn! Keeping the amount of rubbish that blows onto it from various builds in our estate in check is a full time job. Re: Our REDINK build in Helena Valley - HOME SWEET HOME. 1855Mar 30, 2015 1:58 pm Nawww ours is very much the same! This pic was taken on her first birthday ( she's 2 now ) and putting her on the table was the only way to get her to sit still, because she was a bit nervous! Chihuahua's are very much like naughty children. I try to be firm, but sometimes you can't help just laughing. If we don't know where she is we panic, because goodness knows what she could be up to. Very happy to have no more sand to blow about now. Our section of the estate is almost finished, so just hoping everyone else's gardens are established soon too. We all constantly whinge about the bloody sand and rubbish blowing around. thanks guys! yes this is how I've exactly raised it with the builder. still awaiting response. 12 6118 Thank you so much everyone. This all makes a lot of sense. I guess when you talk to a builder who butters up everything to look very polished, you get to start believing… 7 18315 Can anyone recommend a good/affordable retaining wall and fence builder that I can get a quote from located in Sydney? 8 46453 |
