I had a look at a few, even some more expensive types, and they all came across as very plastic like. Re: Specific questions around laminate and vinyl plank floor 33Mar 23, 2015 5:24 pm Havnt decided yet, but its a choice between Karndean, Kenbrock, Polyflor and Genero. I'm not phased about the plasticness of it, its better than the noisy laminate and more waterproof. Godfrey Hirst at 0.5mm with a total thickness of 5.0mm. 25 year residential warranty. Pretty much the same really except for the longer warrantee for GH. Thanks Excited_much I guess I can't really go wrong with either with that warranty. Re: Specific questions around laminate and vinyl plank floor 39Mar 24, 2015 11:53 pm We are also looking at going with vinyl planks for a new place which we are building. We are currently deciding between Gerflor Creation Clic and Godfrey Hirst. Would love to hear peoples opinion on either of them.
