If you wouldn't mind, I'd love more info re your outside shower. RedInk said yes to basic capped plumbing at prestart only to say now they have to install with tiles. Which would've been great had they said that when we were in Aus to choose tiles! I see you have an outdoor shower without tiles - did you have to ask for anything special for them to allow that? Hope you're well! Re: Redink Homes Carramar Wildwood Estate - Nearly finished 874Mar 20, 2015 10:35 am Hi MalSannie, We were not required to install any type of tiling, we had an actual basic shower head and mixer tap installed at the same time, so ours isn't capped but I doubt that should make any difference? It must be a new requirement? I assume they mean tiling to the ground? Or is it to the wall? Sorry I'm not much help! Re: Redink Homes Carramar Wildwood Estate - Nearly finished 875Mar 21, 2015 8:36 am Hi there. Our son just moved into his REDInk place in wildwood. Very similar design to yours looks like from pics. Can you share where you hog your shutters and $ please. They are not sure best place for them. pm if you prefer. Hope you are loving it! . Re: Redink Homes Carramar Wildwood Estate - Nearly finished 876Mar 22, 2015 12:17 pm Hi Scrapbizz, we love love love our shutters We got them through Prestige Shutters, our friend owns the business so we got a really good deal, so I'm sorry but I'm not sure realistically what the cost would be. Prestige Shutters is a really high quality product, so definitely won't be the cheapest quote you will find, but you definitely wouldn't be disappointed with the finished product Re: Redink Homes Carramar Wildwood Estate - Nearly finished 877Mar 23, 2015 4:08 am Thanks WwD - I think I may have to ask them one more time to reconsider - I find it impossible to choose something without seeing it first for myself! interesting situation what happened after builder issued final invoice? did you list as defect or not does the building surveyor have any responsibility? ie. issuing… 13 46865 Building Standards; Getting It Right!
