Not sure about progress of landscaping and parks. who is building H&L Direct Sales Office and where? @members - Does anyone have variation with H2 Class Slab? H2 is classified as highly reactive soil and additional care must be taken by the builder with the concrete slab and footing design and materials to comply with AS 2870 - Residential Slabs and Footings. Please verify with your builders, if you have H1 or H2 class slabs. Yes the prices have gone up over the roof but it looks like this has happened in every development site. Even Elara prices have caught up. It will be very interesting how much GL will price the house and land packages at Summerland Crescent adjacent to Stage 1D. According to one of the members of "The Greenway Community" he had a variation by Rawson Homes from a class "M" type construction slab to a "H1" type construction slab without any additional cost and this is to be poured in March 2015. My Wife & I are building our first home with Rawson in stage 1D. Found out last week that registration is now delayed until sometime in June. Bit disapointing but we are still excited to see everything starting to happen in the area. @Kaycee, just wanted to say thank you for all the information you have shared so far! Hi Pottsey, My wife and I also purchased our new home with Rawson in STAGE 1D (summerland cres). Our loan has just been formally approved this week. We have finished doing all of the color/electrical/tiles appointments. How about you, how is your house things going? I gave the sales person from Greenway a call today and he told me that there are no further updates yet regarding our settlement/registration for Stage 1D. Where did you get the information regarding that it would be delayed until sometime in June 2015? We have just got our unconditional approval from our bank and hopefully registration doesn't get delayed as much as three months from now. I spoke to our preconstruction administrator for Rawson again last week and she has told us that all the plans are in council, the contours and bore holes for the land have all been added to the plans and everything was now waiting on the land to register, which they were expecting in June due to delays. Dont worry too much about your bank approval - ours expired earlier this month! The financier has told us to be re-approved when we are notified that the registration has started and not to worry too much as long as our financial situation does not change (although we always hope it gets better!).
